Donation to North Battleford WDM

The WDM would like to thank Edwin Wells who has made two generous donations to the North Battleford WDM. His donations will go towards the restoration of the French House/Doctor’s home in the Heritage Village and supplies to keep our shop operating at peak performance.

Horses pulling a wagon full of peopleCongratulations to North Battleford which is celebrating one hundred years as a city this year.

This photograph was taken the day after the North Battleford fair in 1945 when First Nations people from nearby reserves were assembling for the trek home and saying their last good byes.

RBC Supports North Battleford WDM

June 12, 2013 - As part of the “RBC Day of Service” initiative, RBC staff joined Museum volunteers on June 6 and 7 at our annual Museum Days program, learning about Saskatchewan's past through hands-on activities.

Thomas Sullivan, RBC Branch Manager, also presented a cheque representing a donation of $1,000.00 to North Battleford WDM Manager Joyce Smith. Thank-you, RBC!
