Safe Food Handlers Courses
If you work in a restaurant or prepare foods for the public you must be trained in the safe handling of foods.
This Saskatchewan Food Safety Training Course meets the requirements of Sections 25 and 26 of the Saskatchewan Food Safety Regulations which requires staff to be trained to handle foods safely. Upon successful completion of the course students will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Each student will receive a copy of the Traincan Basics Food Safety Training manual at the course.
All classes are instructed by Certified Public Health Inspectors.
