Restored 1927 Derby Car Now on Display

1927 DerbyIt's been 90 years since the Derby dream began in Saskatoon. The public had its first chance to see the restored Derby at Rock 102's Show & Shine Sunday, August 24, in front of the Canada Building on 21st Street where Derby Motor Cars had its office in 1924.

The WDM will be marking the outbreak of the First World War with four showcase exhibits – initially, one at each of our four Museums beginning August 4, 2014. We hope visitors will pause at our showcase exhibits and read the interesting Saskatchewan-based stories they have to tell. Later in 2014, the four showcases will be combined into one exhibit that will travel throughout the WDM system over the next few years.
