Come on a historical journey about what it was like to be a Chinese immigrant leaving a war-torn country in hopes of establishing a new future in a foreign land. Florence Hwang has a background in history, journalism and archives. She loves digging into her family roots and bringing those memories alive through storytelling.

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.
