Diamond Seek and Find

On April 2, 2024, the Western Development Museum organization celebrated the milestone of 75 years of operation. Traditionally, diamonds are used as symbols to represent 75 years for anniversaries.

Pick up an activity sheet and help us celebrate by finding 12 images of diamonds hidden in our Galleries. Write down the name of the artifact you found by each diamond during your hunt.

After you’re done, put it the seek and find box on the table to be entered to win a prize.

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.

The WDM’s facilities are situated in Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories and the Homeland of the Métis. The provincial boundaries for Saskatchewan also include Treaty 2, Treaty 5, Treaty 8 and Treaty 10 territories. Please visit WDM Reconciliation for more information.
