Preparing for your school visit to the WDM during COVID-19

Following provincial government guidelines, the WDM will no longer require proof of vaccination for groups visiting the WDM after February 13. After March 1, masks are recommended, but not mandatory, for visitors. To continue protecting the health and safety of our visitors, WDM staff and volunteers will continue to wear masks in our Museums. Full information on all WDM COVID-19 policies and procedures.

Teacher Led Program led by a teacher, with guidance from Museum staff.

Description

Students tour the Museum at their own pace with the opportunity to spend time in areas that interest them. Students must be accompanied by adult teachers or chaperones. Teachers and chaperones attending are expected to provide supervision for students. Click here for acceptable student to chaperone ratios for self-guided visits.

NOTE: The Heritage Village is open seasonally. Please ask to be sure it will be open for your visit.
