Christmas Craft Fair Registration

Are you an artisan or crafter that would like to participate in the annual Christmas Craft Fair at the WDM Saskatoon? The Christmas Craft Fair will take place on October 14 from 4:00 – 9:00 pm and October 15 from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.

We will make every effort to accommodate you, however, please realize that it is not always possible to fulfill the numerous requests we receive. Applications will be accepted in the order they are received until September 16, if space is available.

To register to be a vendor please complete BOTH Step 1 (Registration) and Step 2 (Payment) below.

Step 1 – Registration

    Additional name tags are $5 each. Name tags are non-transferable.

    Tables are supplied as follows:
    8’ x 8’ booth - 1 Table
    12’ x 8’ booth - 1 Table
    16’ x 8 booth – 2 Tables

    Electricity will be provided to all booths at no cost. Vendors are responsible for bringing extension cords and extra lighting.

    We will make every effort to accommodate you, however, please realize that it is not always possible to fulfill the numerous requests we receive.
