Create a one-of-a-kind holiday stocking using colourful leather scraps. Perfect to keep or give as a handmade gift!

This is a beginner-level workshop that teaches basic hand-sewing techniques used in leathercraft. Participants will receive all materials and guided instruction to create and complete their own project.

This workshop is suitable for ages 13 and up

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.

The WDM’s facilities are situated in Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories and the Homeland of the Métis. The provincial boundaries for Saskatchewan also include Treaty 2, Treaty 5, Treaty 8 and Treaty 10 territories. Please visit WDM Reconciliation for more information.
