Education Program Photo Permission
With your permission, we may wish to take photos of your class that we can use to promote the program to other schools in the future and possibly use in our marketing materials, website, and social media. We ask that you please distribute the photo permission form to your parents and guardians.
The signed copies can be returned either in advance of your visit via email in PDF format to the WDM location you will be attending or in person when you attend the program. A photo consent for needs to be completed for each student individually.
