Hand-made ice cream, pie and leathercrafting! Celebrate with Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, and the Whole Family!

Learn the basics of leather tooling skills as you make a custom keyring. Participants will trace and cut their pattern, learn how to emboss a design into leather and then sew using a saddle stitch.

Afterwards, enjoy pie with a hand-churned ice cream demonstration.

This workshop involves the use of sharp tools. Children and youth must attend with an adult.

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.
