Join us as we celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day on the grounds of the Heritage Fam and Village.

Powwow categories include Tiny Tots (under 7), Children (7-12), Youth (13-17), Golden Age, Adult Women and Adult Men. There will also be traditional drumming

Food and artisan vendors will be on site. Visitors can sit on our bleachers or bring their own lawn chair(s). This is a drug and alcohol-free event.

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.
