Welcome to BooTown! In the last week of October, the historic Boomtown Street at the WDM Saskatoon magically transforms into “BooTown,” an immersive Halloween experience complete with spooky decorations and seasonal programming to get visitors into the Halloween spirit and see the Museum in a new way!

The BooTown Ball is a special ticketed event happening during the week of BooTown! Tickets must be purchased in advance on the BooTown Ball event page on the WDM website. WDM Members receive 50% off their tickets, so purchase or renew your membership today!

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.

The WDM’s facilities are situated in Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories and the Homeland of the Métis. The provincial boundaries for Saskatchewan also include Treaty 2, Treaty 5, Treaty 8 and Treaty 10 territories. Please visit WDM Reconciliation for more information.
