Youth Leathercraft Workshop: Drawstring Pouch

Learn the art of leather craft through these hands-on workshop series. Each session combines historical context with practical instruction, to completing a finished item. No previous experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and creativity. By the end of each workshop you will have a beautifully crafted leather item to keep or gift, along with the skills to continue exploring leatherworking on your own.

April 8 – Drawstring Pouch: This is a one day workshop where participants will learn embossing, lacing and button skills as they craft a drawstring pouch.

Due to the labor involved each workshop is suitable for ages 12 to 16. Younger crafters cannot be accepted at this time.
