Enter the field trip giveaway contest!

Win an opportunity for learning, growth and fun for students and youth this school year. Enter to win a FREE in-person WDM field trip for your class or community group (up to 35 participants), plus up to $200 reimbursement towards the cost of transportation to a WDM location.

Contest runs from September 2, 2025 to January 4, 2026. Four winners will be drawn on January 7, 2026.

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.

The WDM’s facilities are situated in Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories and the Homeland of the Métis. The provincial boundaries for Saskatchewan also include Treaty 2, Treaty 5, Treaty 8 and Treaty 10 territories. Please visit WDM Reconciliation for more information.
