The Western Development Museum – North Battleford is the perfect year-round venue for a wide variety of events.

We have both indoor and outdoor facilities to accommodate both business and family activities. From family reunions to small business meetings or large corporate events, the WDM has a unique space for almost any event, whether your guest list is for 20 or 500! Our staff will work with you to make sure your celebration or corporate event is perfect in every way.

We are pleased to offer ample free parking and convenient access to hotels and shopping.

The Western Development Museum (WDM) is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan. With a collection of over 75,000 artifacts ranging from pins to locomotives and four locations in the province, the WDM shares the Saskatchewan story from the Treaties to the present day.

The WDM’s facilities are situated in Treaty 4 and Treaty 6 territories and the Homeland of the Métis. The provincial boundaries for Saskatchewan also include Treaty 2, Treaty 5, Treaty 8 and Treaty 10 territories. Please visit WDM Reconciliation for more information.
